There was nothing to tell us where everything could be located in the resort and no 'do not disturb' sign to be found (other doors had them already up). To begin the room had NO closet or hanging space at all okay for me but my wife needed to hang things up and decide she was going to wear. Phone in room didn't work so each time we needed to request something we had to go down to the front desk. A/C in room was intermittent and didn't work all night.

Was not informed you had to request your room to be cleaned/bed made, new towels etc and you had to do it the day before you wanted the service. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse.
